The OAIC recognises that third-party tracking pixels can involve personal information and recommends that organisations configure them to collect and disclose only the minimum information reasonably necessary.

Systeme.io may process the personal information you submit through our registration form, including your first name and email address, in order to provide these services.

We may also use Meta's advertising and measurement technologies as described above.

When you register through our affiliate funnel, your first name and email address are collected through our website and used for the purposes described in this Privacy Policy.

We do not collect or process the application, scheduling, sales-call or payment information submitted through the vendor's separate funnel.

Australian privacy requirements recognise that privacy policies should explain whether personal information is likely to be disclosed overseas and, where practicable, identify likely countries.

We take reasonable steps appropriate to the circumstances to protect personal information from misuse, interference, loss and unauthorised access, modification or disclosure.

We use third-party platforms with security measures designed to protect the information they process.

However, no method of electronic storage or transmission over the internet can be guaranteed to be completely secure.
